Within our luxurious spa, we have a fully equipped fitness room with flat screen TV's, air-conditioning and refreshments. Catch up on the current events whilst working out to music on our cardiovascular and exercise equipment which includes:-

• Upright Exercise bikes
• Recumbent Exercise bikes
• Elliptical Trainers
• Treadmills
• Free hand weights

After your work-out head to the sauna to ease those aching muscles or do a few laps in our heated in-door pool for an all-round work out.

The gym is open to resident guests of the hotel and is complimentary, however use of the facilities is by prior appointment only, so as not to disturb other spa guests. Please contact the spa reception to book a time slot for gym use.
