Lobby Bar

Located at the heart of the hotel, our Lobby Bar offers an elegant and inviting setting where heritage and contemporary comfort meet in the centre of London. Designed as a refined social space, it is ideal for informal meetings, relaxed afternoons, or evening drinks in stylish surroundings.

Surrounded by the distinctive architecture of the former magistrates’ court, the bar reflects the unique character of the building, where historic features blend effortlessly with modern hospitality. Comfortable seating, warm lighting, and attentive service create a welcoming atmosphere throughout the day and into the evening.

Steeped in history, these walls have witnessed several notable cases over the years, including those involving John Lennon, whose 1970 case concerning the sale of an allegedly sexually explicit lithograph was dismissed on a technicality, Mick Jagger, who appeared in connection with cannabis possession allegations, Keith Richards, who was fined in 1973 for possession related offences and unlicensed firearms, and Oscar Wilde, whose celebrated Queensberry case began in this very building.

The menu features a carefully selected range of wines, champagnes, signature cocktails, premium spirits, and light bites, offering a sophisticated choice for every occasion. Guests may also reserve one of the former holding cells, now transformed into distinctive private spaces that provide a memorable backdrop for drinks and intimate gatherings.
